Hungryyyy – today for dinner: pangasius with vegetables
Recipe:
-Fry the fish – my favourite is pangasius – natural (fresh or frozen) with some olive oil + garlic in the pan (10-15 mins)
-Put the vegetables (fresh would be great but I don’t have time for those things, so I use frozen vegs ) together with the fish and let it boil 5-10 minutes
-Spice with salt, pepper and: lemon (yes I put lemon everywhere) – and your “no-carb” dinner is ready 🙂
